These images are from the Renaissance Festival in Huntersville, NC. I shot them with a D300 and a 24-85 lens. I shot most of them at a large aperture (5.6 or below) because I like the dreamy quality it gives them. The only ones I shot with a larger depth of field are the bellydancers and the umbrellas. I just thought they looked better with everything in focus. All were shot at ISO 250 or 320 with a shutter speed of 1/60 (hdpcs, knights) or 1/125 (rest).  Thanks to all the performers, vendors, and organizers of the Renaissance Festival.
